Three Slovakian city - Bratislava, Dunajská Streda, Komárno - MEDIAWAVE SLOVAKIA.

It seems that the band from Inner South China can only come partly so instead of the planned 13 people we'll welcome five members from this exciting area. A film maker, two fine artists and two musicians. These two musicians will perform instead of the The Travellers. They are naxi musicians, part of the native group who belong to the tibetian race and live in the upper mountains near the Tibetian border. Their belief is shamanism and have their own writing system, "dongba" which isn't related to the Chinese or Tibetian writing at all. It holds the message of an unknown world.

Int he co-ordination of the Mediawave Foundation through the partnership of CLOPOT-Romania and ARCUS-Italy an art based project helping roma integration in Eurupe is to be realized within the programme of the Ördögkatlan Festival (1-7, Aug, Kisharsány, Nagyharsány, Palkonya, HU).
The main of the coopration is finding new possible ways of the roma café music in common , participating other branches of art, such as litertature, fine art, and dance.
Closing within the Mediawave 22. Festival (June, 2010, Szombathely) there is a Carpi (IT) and a Suceava (RO) venue planned within the project. The details of the project can be seen here.
